Sessions are calm, conversational, and focused on supporting your nervous system rather than fixing or diagnosing anything.

  • Sessions may support emotional stress, anxiety, feeling stuck, relationship challenges, life transitions, health-related stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue. Sessions can also be focused on pets or family members if requested. Sessions support emotional and energetic clarity, not outcomes or guarantees.

  • No belief is required. Sessions are guided by intention and your body and nervous system’s readiness. Simply showing up open and relaxed is enough. Many people notice benefits even if they’re skeptical at first.

  • No special preparation is required. Before your session, take a moment to reflect on what’s been weighing on you. Having water nearby and allowing yourself to breathe and relax during the session can help the energy move more easily. There’s nothing you can do ‘wrong’ before a session.

  • Sessions are calm, supportive, and personalized. You’ll be guided gently, with space to relax while energetic support is offered based on your intention. There is no physical touch involved.

    Sessions may be live or completed privately, depending on the service selected.
    Live sessions take place at a scheduled time. For non-live sessions, the energy work is completed privately within up to three days, and you’ll receive a follow-up email once your session is complete.
