Energy Alignment sessions are gentle, intuitive, energy-based sessions designed to help you clear emotional overwhelm, release energetic blocks, and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and inner balance.

This work supports the mind, body, and emotional system together — without force, pressure, or reliving past experiences. Each session is guided by intention, awareness, and your body’s natural ability to rebalance when given the right support.

How Sessions Are Guided

I use intuitive guidance along with muscle testing as a tool to check for energetic responses, accuracy, and completion.

Muscle testing is a gentle way of accessing feedback from the body’s subconscious responses. It helps identify areas of stress or imbalance and verify when an issue has shifted or cleared.

This tool is not used to diagnose conditions or predict outcomes. It is simply a way to support clarity, confirmation, and completion during the session process.

The Alignment Process

Sessions follow a simple, supportive flow:

Intention — identifying the focus or concern

Clearing — releasing energetic stress, blocks, or resistance

Integration — supporting balance and new alignment

Confirmation — checking that the shift has completed

Many people experience a sense of calm, clarity, emotional relief, or perspective after a session. Each experience is personal and unfolds in its own way.

Areas That May Come Up During a Session

Each session is unique. Depending on what your system is ready to release, we may check and clear energy related to areas such as:

A private, email-based Energy Alignment session designed for thoughtful, focused support without live calls.

After booking, you’ll receive a short intake email to share what you’re currently navigating. I’ll work with your energy remotely and send a personalized response with intuitive insight and grounded guidance you can revisit anytime.

This is not a live meeting. You are reserving a weekly session spot. Sessions are completed within 2–3 business days.
